If I no-show the first time will I get my money back?
If you no-show for your first class, you will not be refunded any of the $16.05 back. You must at least an hour before cancel online.
How far in advance do I need to cancel my class?
You have to cancel at least an hour before the class.
What happens if I no-show?
If you no-show you will be charged $5.
What happens if I no-show as a member?
If you no-show as a member, you will be charged $3.
Can I message through social media to cancel a class?
No, you have to cancel online an hour before. If there is an emergency and you must cancel within the hour you can call us.
What happens if I no-show for an event?
You will be charged for the whole class or we will deduct a class from your package.
If I am running late can I still come?
Yes, you may come if you are less than 10 minutes late. After the 10 minutes we will lock the doors.
Are cancellations and no-shows are taken seriously
Yes they are, we want classes to run smoothly and give everyone a fair chance to book.
